To achieve the highest quality results such as color retention it is very important to let us know if you are taking certain medications so the technician can go over how to care for your brows and make recommendations if necessary. All questions and Information we ask is important to be obtained to ensure our clients have the best possible outcome. We inform our clients of any possibilities that can occur or change the final outcome when clients are being treated for on going medical condition(s).

So we can provide the client with the information they may need to think through before moving forward with permanent makeup application. We do require a doctor’s note for certain medical conditions. We take the health of our staff and clients very seriously. We do need to confirm it is okay before we perform any of our services.  Consultation is recommended facetime or in person before making an appointment if you have had previous work done, skin conditions, or scars in the eyebrow area.

If you are breastfeeding the technician needs to give instructions on the “pump and dump method”. Mothers who breastfeed are asked to start storing and preparing enough milk supply over the next 24-48 hours after permanent makeup is done. This is due to the lidocaine in numbing agents used on open skin during the process to keep the client comfortable, reduce swelling and decrease bleeding while technician is working. 

All laser treatments and skin care produces can fade out your brows. We highly advise you to avoid using on areas where permanent makeup application area. It can cause the color to fade prematurely. Unfortunately chemotherapy can cause the pigment retention to fade faster and run the risk of color saturation. You must be cancer free with no chemo medication or treatments for at least one year. It can oxidize the color implanted into the skin. 

CONFIDENTIALITY/PRIVACY 

We educate and give you information that can help you decide whether or not you might be a candidate for permanent makeup. All clients will have been given realistic feedback and suggestions by our professionals. Every client we work on is important to us. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your choice to let us do your permanent makeup. 

CONSULTATION/APPOINTMENT DAY 

All clients are different and unique based off genetics and skin type, this includes lifestyle. We do ask you come without makeup. We will go over any questions and dive into what you expect or want to achieve. We will go over the area you want us to discuss and which service you’re wanting us to provide. I will go over shaping and mapping. Every set of brows are custom made to fit your natural bone structure and brow shape. If you don’t have one, that’s okay you’re in good hands. We will also let you know what we recommend if you’re unsure of what your options are. Once you agree to the shape then your technician can start working on you. 

OSHA/HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS 

We will reach out via email with a prescreening questionnaire form prior to you coming into first appointment we ask you initial and date and sign all documents necessary to complete before coming to your appointment. They are easy to fill out if you cannot fill out the documents before coming in you can fill them out here at our location on an electronic device. Please answer all questions thoroughly and honestly in regard to any ongoing health care your doctor is treating you for and year of diagnosis. All medical history shared with us is confidential and will be discarded after seven years. Please do not hesitate to ask us about anything that you’re unsure of or need help with during the pre-screening questionnaire process. Give us a text or call. It is crucial to let us know about any issues medically related you may be experiencing prior to your appointment. 

MEDICATIONS NEEDED 

If you have a history of cold soars or herpes. You must let your doctor know you are having permanent makeup done and you need to get a prescription for anti-viral medication prior to appointment. The doctor will know what this medication is and there shouldn’t be any issues getting it prescribed. This is required for the desired results. If you do have any past history of a breakout on the mouth (even if you haven’t had any since childhood) you are still running the risk of a breakout on the fresh work done. Especially on the mouth area during permanent lipstick application. Without taking the anti-viral meditation it will ruin the work you had done and will need to be redone all over again. It is not healthy properly. We do not recommend any client to come in during a breakout with Herpes Type 1 or type 2. We will reschedule for another day. Please let us know as soon as possible. You are required to be on the anti-viral medication 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please continue taking it as prescribed by your doctor. We are a judge free zone that respects our clients medical history and privacy.

For same day appointments please call to at 323-990-6563 to see if there is any openings available or cancellations. For all consultations or corrections please email or text a photo of your brow area only without makeup, in good lighting to see if you are a potential candidate for camouflage/correction. 

COSTS/PAYMENT INFO:

The cost for most permanent Makeup services is between $400-$600. All our cosmetic tattooing services includes two sessions 4/6 weeks apart. 

DEPOSITS:

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to lock in your initial appointment. if you are a no show or same day cancellation you will have to rebook your appointment and deposit will not be refunded. All sales are final at no exceptions will any of the sake be refunded at anytime. If you do not cancel with in 24 hours of your appointment your deposit is non refundable. You are able to reschedule yourself online. Please call if you have any further questions. This deposit will go towards the balance. Rest of the remaining payment is collected during checkout via cash, or other electronic payment methods. Most major credit cards, and debit cards are accepted. 

 FOLLOW UP 

All service includes one follow up call/text 72 hours after first session to check in on clients healing progress and recovery for ongoing client support to ensure everything is going well. This is a good time to ask any questions and send some photos if you like. It’s a very simple and easy healing process. Most are healed within 5-7 days for brows with minimal scabbing with some light shedding of the skin. That is all very good signs and very normal.

No down time is necessary from work or needed unless you choose to take time off for the first few 3-5 days. Cosmetic tattooing will appear bolder in color and slightly thicker the first few days then change a bit over the next few weeks until your final session. The brows will lighten up in color and size. They can appear to be about two shades lighter and shrink down about 20% in size as the skin heals up. 

AFTERCARE 

A pdf with aftercare instructions will be sent via email or text message which ever you prefer. Super easy. Clients are given an aftercare kit to be used for the first 72 hours after leaving our office. I will always go over aftercare and show you how to use aftercare properly. Your next appointment will be scheduled before going home.. A follow up call/text will be given 72 hours to check in on healing process.
